this past weekend we managed to finish up all the covers. Between food
runs to Chipotle, Baker's, playing Super Mario Cart, Raiden, Ghost and
Ghouls i'm amazed we got anything done. Big up's to my dear friend Juan
for letting us use his house and materials for this project. If you
have not checked out his band Wunami, you probably should. That
band band features members of Agosto Espías and Time For Change.
Just saying. Insert should be done by this weekend and the vinyl should
be done before the end of next week. Everything is being cut pretty
close but I have nothing but the strongest feelings everything is
coming together this time around.

There are less than twenty left. 08/06/10 | Convulsions Pre-orders are Now Available! Today is a great day, Got the test presses for this gem Wednesday in the mail and it sounded stellar. I am very proud of this release and its a good way to close out the summer if I don't say so myself. These guys will be hitting the road right when the record is released with their dear brosephs Colony. Tour details are posted here in the Tours section. First fifty orders will receive a special limited edition Orange color vinyl (limited to 100 pieces) which will only be available through here. A 7"x7" block-print of the "Reaper" artwork used for the EP, hand printed by the band. We were offered to come and represent at this year's festival and it was decided we should come out of our inclusive niche for a change and do something a little different. Come say "Hi" and let's put some faces to names! 07/08/10 | DWOA/Maladie "Split" 10"s Are Now In Stock // Convulsions 7" Up Next!  Well summer is in full effect and it is getting pretty hot here in the Inland Empire. And what better time to cram in a van and tour across the country, right? Well The DWOA/Maladie 10"s are now in stock just in time for Maladie's full US tour that starts at the end of this month, and boy do they look great! The debut Convulsions record is at the plant getting pressed as I typed and we should be receiving test presses in a couple of weeks. Speaking of Convulsions, in support for their upcoming debut 7" EP, "The Reaper's Gift". They will be embarking on a two week tour in August with their pals, Colony. Tentative dates will be posted shortly. So we are getting a lot of new titles in the store in the coming weeks and we needed to make room/fix a lot things with the online store that cost us a pretty penny to do. Stuck In The Past Blog: Glory Kid Mega Review Agosto Espías "Rolling Cinder" 7" single Pre-orders for this record are being shipped out this week, as well as international orders. There was a slight delay on the cover printing. There was some mishaps in the materials and whatnot that unavoidably caused the release date to be pushed back. But we managed to get them all printed to meet the standard of quality you would only expect from the GK. Big thanks to Juan from Wunami for coming through on this printing job. If you have not picked up this record, please do. The final result is an awesome one, a little two track 7" with a beautiful layout. All 220 pieces come with a two piece, hand silk screened layout that folds out to a 14"x14" print of the full artwork. Awesome. Drowning with our Anchors / Maladie "Split" 10" LP Update Well it was a pleasant and yet relieving surprise to find the test lacquer in the mail last week. I scurried home from the post office and rushed to drop the needle on it, and it was everything I hoped for. Clean, nice and loud. Lacquers for this record have been approved and we should be recieving test presses in a week or so. Stay tuned.
